We appreciate your support and participation in our live openings. Please note that all sales are final for products opened live during our streams. Once a product is opened on camera, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be offered under any circumstances.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If in any rare circumstance it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at piratepayoffs@gmail.com.
Chargebacks
At Pirate Payoffs, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent shopping experience. To maintain the integrity of our transactions and protect against fraudulent disputes, we have implemented the following chargeback policy:
1. Chargeback Disputes
- If a chargeback is initiated on an order that was shipped and delivered, we will submit all necessary evidence (tracking details, delivery confirmation, communication records) to the payment processor for review.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in being banned from future purchases on our website.
2. Order Cancellation & Future Purchases
- Customers who file a chargeback against a completed order will be permanently blocked from placing future orders.
- Any future orders placed under a different name, email, or payment method but shipping to the same address will be automatically canceled and refunded.
3. Refund Policy for Chargeback Customers
- If a customer is blocked due to a chargeback and attempts another purchase, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, depending on the payment provider.
4. Slander & Defamation
- We take our business reputation seriously. Any false claims, defamation, or slander against our company on social media, forums, or other platforms will be addressed appropriately.
- We reserve the right to seek legal action if defamatory statements are made in an attempt to damage our business reputation.
